Your horse is a finely attuned prey animal—naturally wired to sense energy, tension, and intention. Horses instinctively know how to release stress and return to a state of calm:

But what about You?

If your body is holding onto tension or stress, it may be affecting your posture, your performance, and your ability to truly connect with your horse.

A Gentle Reset for You and Your Ride

Neuro-Flow for Equestrian Riders is a unique, somatic-based clinic designed to help you release stored tension, rebalance your nervous system, and feel more grounded and connected—both in and out of the saddle.

This half-day experience combines equestrian Pilates, Trauma and Tension Release Exercises (TRE), and nervous system-aware movement for a whole-body reset that supports rider wellness and performance.

  • Techniques to release chronic tension in your back, shoulders, and jaw

  • Greater body awareness and emotional balance

  • Gentle, nervous-system regulation tools you can use anytime

Ready to reconnect with your body and your ride?

Continue the Journey: Join my follow-up Clinic in July.

I invite you to deepen your practice of the Neuro-Flow experience at the July BARC Rally, where we’ll begin the day with a guided Neuro-Flow Pilates session in the indoor arena. After this grounding movement practice, you’ll have the opportunity to saddle up and ride at leisure.

This follow-up clinic is designed to help you integrate and observe the techniques you’ve learned—in real-time, with your horse—deepening the connection between body, breath, and movement in the saddle.

Attending this introductory clinic will provide the ideal foundation for a more embodied and confident riding experience in July.
