Back to Life Studios (aka Natalie Watson) is the best. I moved to Bendigo a couple of years ago and wanted to find a studio to continue with my Pilates. Fortunately, I quickly found Back to Life. I have always felt welcome and that Natalie is an excellent instructor. She listens to your concerns and goals and provides you with a tailored professional session each time. She has become a lovely friend and I look forward to every weekly session. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her.
