To Get Started we recommend all of our clients, regardless of injury or fitness level, begin their Back to Life Studio Pilates journey with an Initial Consult, postural assessment $70 and a 1 hour Introductory session $70. We offer these together as an initial consult package for $140 which includes the 2 x 1 hour private consultations usually held with in 7 days of each other.
